GAH. these few days was tiring and indeed torturing man. yeah, went to adam khoo camp luh. actually through these 3days, i learnt many valuble stuffs in my life. we went outdoors to have PT and stuffs and it was indeed enduring. HAHAH. i went 4km and we got to endure :/ HAHA. & we did trust fall and many other stuffs. (:
